Prints
- When are prints available for purchase? Open edition prints are available in our online store. Limited editions and originals are available in select galleries. around Northwest Arkansas
- What is a timed release? Some of the upcoming artworks are produced in limited supplies. Time is needed for production to ensure the highest quality. Open edition prints are available on demand from our print partners.
- What is a limited edition? Certain prints are hand signed and numbered for collectors. These prints are not available in the open-edition section of the store.
- Will you sell out? We typically sell out of limited edition prints and originals, so be sure to reserve your art when we open up pre-orders for our limited edition prints.
- What are the typical sizes for prints? Limited edition prints vary in size from 5"x7" up to 20"x30".Custom dimensions are available on certain prints upon request, though lead time my vary)
- What is the price range of prints? Greeting cards start around $5 each, Matted prints run $20-$40 and Canvas and Framed Prints start range from $30-$150.
- Why do similarly sized prints have different prices? Production, demand, and quality assurance my cause certain prints to cost more to produce than others.
- How many prints can I buy? Open edition prints are available on demand. Limited edition prints are restricted to 1 print per patron.
- Are all prints signed and numbered? No. Only limited edition prints are signed and numbered.
- How should I frame my prints? The best way to frame the prints is by ordering a compatible frame from us. However, most prints are in standard framing dimensions and are compatible with stock frames from a variety of retailers.
- What is a hand-painted multiple? Some original paintings were painted in parallel--meaning similar images were painted concurrently from the same palette. These images tend to be smaller in size and part of limited production runs.
Shipping
- When does the print ship? Open edition prints usually ship within 2-3 days. Limited edition prints, custom prints, or original commissions ship depending on the studio schedule. Typically the time is estimated and the production is booked into the studio calendar upon payment of the invoice.
- Why do some prints take so long to ship? We want the highest quality print to arrive safely and without damage. We take time to ensure the right packing and shipping process is used.
- What shipping service do you use? We are constantly looking for the best deals on shipping to pass the savings on to the customer. Typically we ship using UPS and USPS. DHL is sometimes used internationally.
- Do you ship worldwide? Yes. Standard rates may apply. For certain higher value items, we may need extra time to comply with customs and local requirements. We will contact you during the process.
- Do you offer free shipping? No, we are not able to provide free shipping at this time. Regardless, local pickup is always free.
- Are VAT or Tariffs included in shipping cost? No. Those will be calculated at checkout or invoicing.
- Can I update my shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. In some instances, our third-party partners may not be able to redirect packages in time.
- What if my order was damaged? Please reach out to us immediately for any goods that were damaged in transit. We can't accommodate any damage that happens to prints after they've been received.

- Can I commission a painting? Yes! Lots of factors contribute to cost, but currently we charge between $2.00 and $2.50 per square inch.
- How do I purchase an original painting? Paintings can be purchased in person in any participating gallery. If you would like to purchase a painting remotely and have it shipped to you, please reach out on our contact form.
